Capitalized Titles can be a pain. But there are good reasons for the convention.
The biggest reason is the wiki convention that only the first instance of a Wiki Word should be linked.
Capitalized titles allow us to reference subsequent iterations of Wiki Words as special words without needing to link them.
Subsequent instances should be referenced as Wiki Words, but not be linked, as too much formatting in a paragraph produces visual confusion. See Fruit Salad.
